Greetings from the facility director施設長よりご挨拶

Starting in 2023, our facility will welcome foreign staff members to work in the field of nursing care and welfare.
In order to respond to the various welfare services that our organization manages, we require diversity in the staff working on site. For this reason, we would like to have not only Japanese people but also people from other countries work here, so that we can learn about various cultures and customs and blend them with Japan's good old culture to establish a new culture unique to our organization.
If you are already working in Japan, we would like you to tell people who are working hard to come to Japan about the wonderful things about Japan, and if you would like to know more about Japan, please contact us by email or SNS.
We, the staff of our organization, are rooting for everyone who has a dream of working in Japan and is working hard to make that dream come true as soon as possible.
If you come to Japan someday, let's talk together.
Good luck!
