Starting in 2023, our facility will welcome foreign staff members to work in the field of nursing care and welfare.
In order to respond to the various welfare services that our organization manages, we require diversity in the staff working on site. For this reason, we would like to have not only Japanese people but also people from other countries work here, so that we can learn about various cultures and customs and blend them with Japan's good old culture to establish a new culture unique to our organization.
